Week Four Weigh-In

Weigh-in

My new goal is to loose 49.5 lbs.  As of today, I gained half a pound.  I am not sure why though.  I was more active and I ate a low-fat diet this past week.  I will just have to try harder I guess.  But overall, I lost a total of 4 lbs this month, and that means I met my monthly goal for the month!

Week 1: 1lb.
Week 2: 2lbs.
Week 3: 1.5lbs.
Week 4: -.5lbs
Total left: 45.5 lbs.

This also means that I have lost a total of 13.5 lbs in the past two months.
