Week 2 Results

Success! Another week and I’ve lost almost 3 lbs!

Admittedly, I cheated a little bit. I didn’t work out like I should have. I was very tired and busy this week.  I can’t help that much after work since it’s just kind of depressing. However, at least I know that if I do exercise, it will reinforce this diet.  I'll just have to try harder...

This week I had:

Breakfast (>30g): omelet with spinach, tomato, and fresh mozzarella 




Snack: No-Bake Cranberry Granola Cookies

Current: 1537 calories, 20% protein, 30% fat, 50% carb
Goal: 1280 calories, 25% protein, 28% fat, 47% carb
