Day 11: Aged Cheddar Frittata with Chicken and Sweet Potato Hash

Finally they separated the egg from the fruit.  I doubt they do this for all their meals though.  Anyway, this meal is delish.  The only problem I have with this "Aged Cheddar Frittata with Chicken and Sweet Potato Hash" is that I do not see or taste any cheddar. Maybe the hash is overpowering the flavor? No idea.
