Today I got the "Asparagus, Basil, & Mozzarella Egg Bake with Fresh Pineapple." So far it is delicious. I don't typically like Asparagus so I am really enjoying this. There is very little mozzarella and more egg so I appreciate that because it's the egg that makes me feel fuller. The portion size also is good. I don't feel like I'm going to miss out, but as a precaution, I do have my "Apple Pistachio Muffin" on the side in the case that I feel hungry by noon. I also appreciate that they separated the pineapple from the egg! Well done!

Day Two: Controlling How I Eat
Now that I got a better idea of how TheFreshDiet works, I am going to try a couple of things. First, I am going to slowly begin to eat later in the day. I typically get into work around 8:30am so I eat as soon as I get in. I also tend to scarf down my breakfast so that I can concentrate on work and not food. So the next thing I will try to fix is eating slower during my breakfast time.
