Day 14: Egg Salad with Sauteed Shallots & Whole Wheat Crackers

I had the egg salad as an afternoon snack.  The egg salad has very light flavors.  I wanted to add salt but stayed away from it because I'm not too sure about how much sodium I have been consuming on this diet.  Anyway, the egg salad was okay.
