Grilled Portabella Topped with Yellow Tomato, Basil, Fresh Mozzarella & Balsamic Vinaigrette

Dinner was okay.  Nothing spectacular.  The rice was a little hard.  The snack was yummy.  I almost licked the balsamic vinaigrette.
